A Northern Rails rail

Our rails are developed and tested with professional riders to ensure all angles and curves are perfect. Our search for new challenges in rail design continues...
To provide you with new features and obstacles to integrate into your terrain park. The result is a great product that riders seek and appreciate. All of our obstacles are custom made so we can tailor them to suit your own requirements.

Materials

Our steel is warm welded and painted to protect from rust. We use the highest quality plastic, which is UV, weather and temperature resistant. The plastic is the same superior quality that you will find under your snowboard or skis. This guarantees high-use durability and an outstanding sliding feeling. Our side panels are non-rusting, very durable smooth finish, and ready for advertising and logos.

Colours

Our rails are supplied standard black paint, with virgin white plastic and rust-black sign panels. Colours are also available. Our graphics department can easily reproduce your logos and advertisements, which we then apply to the side panels.

Installation

Large park obstacles can be hard to move around, as most rails and boxes are usually over 6 meters (20 feet) in length. Many ski-centres have benefited by using Piston Bully's snowcat, the Park Bully. We can also help by fitting our units with fork holes for the snowcat on request.

Transport

We acknowledge that transport costs can be expensive. Rails are XL products so we have located our workshops close to main ski areas. We can arrange delivery either through our own vehicles or through our logistics partners at reasonable rates.

Safety

Rails are made of steel and the utmost care must be taken in order to avoid injuries. To reduce injury risks, we ensure our finished products have no sharp angles or protrusions. Daily park inspections by your staff is necessary to consistently ensure the safest environment for your visitors.
